Keith Rosser

Director

Having founded Reed Screening in 2011, Keith continues to work as Director of the business as well as working across the Reed Group as Director of Group Risk. He’s become the UK’s leading authority on employee screening and holds a number of roles across government and industry boards.

Amy Mellor

Head of Reed Screening

With over 11 years experience working in the screening industry, Amy has been with Reed Screening since day one. She holds a wealth of experience in operational and client management and is responsible for the overall delivery of our services.

Corinne Peart

Head of Strategic Sales and Client Relationships

Corinne is responsible for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, increasing engagement and market awareness and growing our business. Throughout her career she has worked across many sectors, working collaboratively with clients to ensure they receive an excellent and efficient service.

Myriam Shah

Internal Senior Operations Manager

With a strong background in SLAs and client management, Miryam has spent the last two years with Reed Screening overseeing the teams responsible for Reed clients across education, financial and public sectors.

Sarah Easton

Senior Operations Manager

Starting her career in 2012, Sarah has grown her screening expertise and progressed to her current role as Senior Operations Manager. She looks after the operational delivery of our services, keeping the customer experience at the heart of everything we do. She’s an expert across financial services, insurance and public services sectors.

Emma Carruthers

Senior Operations Manager (OOH)

Working as the Senior Operations Manager for out of hours, Emma is responsible for the quality and speed of all screening services from the OOH screening team. She’s worked with Reed for over seven years, gaining a vast amount of experience across a number of sectors.

Oliver Seymour

Operations Support Manager

Managing the Systems and MI team at Reed Screening, Oliver has spent the last four years supporting the daily technical operations of the organisation whilst improving overall efficiency in the business. He is responsible for collating and analysing metrics, providing reports and implementing new clients.

Paul Clements

Product Manager

As Product Manager, Paul is responsible for business improvement and innovation within Reed Screening. Having joined Reed in 2015, he’s armed with unparalleled expertise in legislative and regulatory matters across screening, fraud, criminality and credit and has a relentless commitment to improving efficiency and productivity across the business.

Kiran Herkanaidu

Business Development Manager

As an experienced Business Development Manager, Kiran works with clients on a consultative basis to design bespoke screening solution to protect their organisation from risk. Having joined Reed in 2013, Kiran has a proven track record in supporting organisations, across both the public and private sector, in outsourcing their employment screening.
