The identity verification element of this check will also satisfy the proof of identity and address requirements for sending a basic, standard or enhanced DBS. If you require the addition of a DBS check, please order the relevant police check at the same time as purchasing this package.
The candidate will need to take a picture of their identity/right to work document and take a short selfie video to capture their facial biometrics. This allows AssuredID to verify that their document is valid, they are a real person, and they are the same person pictured in their document.

- Employer business name
- Employer specific reference such as job ID, application ID, position applied for
When completing the check the candidate will need to provide:
- Their ID document (if being used for right to work, this must be an in-date British or Irish passport)
- Their current address (if not included on the ID document)
- A short selfie video to capture facial biometrics
